We ♥ Cooking! Cyrus Todiwala OBE recipes

Our good friend Cyrus Todiwala OBE, has created some fantastic (and easy!) recipes to match our i heart Wines range! Appearing on the BBC in his show The Incredible Spice Men from 19th August 2013 and regular guest on Saturday Kitchen, he is a well known and loved Indian Chef and owner of restaurant Café Spice Namasté.

We are thrilled that Cyrus has chosen to create these wonderful recipes for us.  No excuse now for buying Indian ready meals!  We will be releasing a recipe a month from mid-August so look out for the new recipe page coming soon.

‘I am passionate about bringing young people into cooking so creating savoury and easy recipes to match uncomplicated wines means a lot to me. Working with such a good variety of wines made it easy for me to come up with simple yet authentic recipes. My personal favourite is i heart’s Merlot – soft and smooth paired with Jardaloo Ma Murghi (Chicken with Apricots). Very simple but very tasty’ said Cyrus.
